PRIVATE IMMIGRATION CASES

Due to the complex nature of immigration cases, we will be able to provide our clients with a fixed fee after getting to know the circumstances of each case during the initial consultation. In accordance with Transparency Rules required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we provide the estimated range of costs for each service below, and all fees are exclusive of VAT:
- Initial consultation £300
- Entry clearance applications £1500 – £2000
- EU immigration advice and applications £1500 – £2500
- Asylum and human rights applications £2000 – £3500
- British citizenship and nationality applications £1500 – £3000
- Family and spouse visa applications £1500 – £3500
- Student and work application £1000 – £2000
- Immigration appeal and Judicial Reviews £2000 – £8000
- Immigration detention and bail £2000 – £3500
The fees quoted will be for our professional charges only which includes all conferences discussing your case and advise you on the rules and procedures and the most appropriate actions to take or applications to make. Collating, reviewing documents/evidence and to make appropriate applications.
The above fees do not cover any disbursements. The likely disbursements are Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge fees, expert fees, translation fees, medical reports fees and any other fees that are payable to a third party. We will discuss the likely disbursements involved at the initial consultation.

All our immigration cases are conducted by by our principal Director Mr Deji Adejobi who is a qualified solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in dealing with immigration cases, and our Ms Wenjie Dong who is also a qualified solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in dealing with immigration cases.

If you are not eligible for legal aid, we offer a free initial costs assessment for your case. As each case is unique, after the costs assessment, we will be able to provide further advice on likely costs involved. Our fees, even on a fixed fee basis, will be based the amount of time required for your case and the seniority of the solicitor dealing with your case. This will be based on the published guidance for solicitors’ hourly rate which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/solicitors-guideline-hourly-rates
For summary only road traffic offences that can be dealt with at a single hearing, our fee is £750 plus VAT for hearings taken place within Greater London. If your case is to be heard outside London, additional fees will apply depending on the location of the Court and travel expenses.
CIVIL LITIGATION

Civil litigation:
For civil litigation, depending on the nature of the litigation, we will provide you with a fee estimation during the initial consultation and likely disbursements/court costs involved.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to offer all our clients an efficient and effective service. If however, there is any aspect of the service provided with which you are not satisfied, the firm operates a complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request. In the first instance you should contact the solicitor with conduct of your case. If your complaint cannot be dealt with to your satisfaction, you should the principal director of the firm, Mr Deji Adejobi who is the complaints manager at the firm.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, then you can have the complaint independently looked at by the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman investigate complaints about services issues with lawyers. The Legal Ombudsman expects complaints to be made to them within one year of the date of the act or omission about which you are concerned or within one year of you realising there was a concern, you must also refer your concerns to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response to you.
